CAMPUS HEALTH + SAFETY
Do not come to school if you have any of the following symptoms:
Once your student returns to school, for the duration of their upper respiratory symptoms, please note that wearing a mask will limit the spread to others.
Masking
After testing positive for COVID-19, mask indoors when you are around other people for 10 days, unless you are a student and have two sequential negative tests at least one day apart.
Employees must mask indoors for 10 days post positive COVID-19 results or onset of symptoms regardless of their test status.
Thoughtful masking is recommended to those exhibiting symptoms and testing negative for COVID-19.
Vaccination
In addition to requiring that all employees be fully vaccinated, we strongly recommend that every student get vaccinated and boosted. Vaccination is an essential step to keeping our community as safe as possible.
Preventive Hygiene
We encourage students and employees to use good preventive hygiene practices:
Ventilation
Ventilation is essential to reducing the chance of transmission of viruses. Head-Royce has implemented ACHCSA’s (Alameda County Health Care Services Agency) Guidance on ventilation in all buildings and rooms.
